"We're going to slice this. But, first while we're waiting to do that I'm going to heat up a tablespoon of butter. We're going to go and chop our sweet potato into thin slices. The thinner you can cut them, the faster this will cook. Alright. We're going to use this onion for two of our dishes, so I'm only going to cut half of it for this. Cut that in half. Remove the outer layer and then we'll cut them into strips."
