"We're going to start off with making our au gratin because that's going to take the longest amount of time. So, we're going to go ahead and preheat our over to 350 degrees. Again, this is going to take about 45 minutes to make an au gratin. So, while we're waiting for that to heat up we're going to go ahead and make some vegetable stock. We'll take our small pot and we're going to measure out two cups of water. I'm going to turn that back burner on, I’m going to turn that on to about number eight and we're going to take our vegetable stock and we're going to measure out one tablespoon. Now, this is very sticky, so I'm going to bring this to the water and stir and bang until this comes off. When it does come off, it will come off in a big ball like this so we're going to go ahead and smash it along the sides to help it break up."
