"Today we're going to be making a pork dish. We're going to be taking the pork and rubbing it with salt and pepper as well as with cumin and chili powder and we're going to sauté it. And over the top of that we're going to take some brown sugar, molasses, ketchup, white wine vinegar, water, ginger, dry mustard, black pepper, cayenne powder and allspice and we're going to make a barbecue sauce with that. And we're going to put in some onion and some chorizo sausage in that. And if you don't have chorizo you can use andouille. We're also going to be making some roasted vegetables today. We're going to take a red onion, some red pepper, some asparagus, portabella mushroom and some zucchini and we're going to be mixing together some salsa verde, a very mild green sauce, with a little bit of cumin and some cilantro and then we're going to pour that over the top and roast the vegetables in the oven. And then for our starch we're going to be taking some rice and we're going to be toasting that and then cooking it with some onions and also we're going to be adding some kidney beans and some oregano to that."
