"Now we are going to season our onions and we are going to add half a teaspoon of salt, a whole teaspoon of cinnamon, a whole teaspoon of tumeric, a quarter teaspoon of cloves ground cloves. We are going to lightly coat the top with some black pepper and we're going to scoop out a full tablespoon of brown sugar. We are going to take our apple juice and measure out half a cup and then we will take this and stir it until there is no dry clumps in the liquid."
