"While we are waiting for our onions to finish sauteing we are going to go and remove the top off of our rice and we're going to cut up some of our cashews here. And I am going to add them in with our rice, so this will give a nice little crunch and then I'm going to measure out about three tablespoons of raisins and one tablespoon of apricot puree. We are going to add this to our rice and then stir to blend and to break down the apricot puree and then put our lid back on and make sure that our onions aren't burning and give our vegetables another toss."
