"Before we add the rest of our vegetables we are going to turn this so that the onions are coating our peppers and then we are going to come back to our pork chop and you can see that the sauce is about half way reduced so I am just going to flip it over so that each side cooks and gets basted with the sauce. Next I am going to take a half a zucchini and I am going to cut that in half and then cut half rings and I will take those and add them to our vegetables and then I am going to take a portobello mushroom and pick off the stem and that is not because there is anything wrong with the stem but it makes it flat so it is much easier for me to go ahead and chop them. Once they are chopped I am going to cut them in half and add them to our vegetables and then I am going to measure out two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and I am going to lightly dust with some salt and pepper."
