"Today we're going to be making a pork dish. We're going to be taking a pork chop and we're going to be cutting up some rosemary and we're going to cover the pork chop with the rosemary with salt and pepper and we're going to put it on some flour and then we're going to sauté it. We're going to cook it about half way through and then we're going to take it out and then we're going to be adding some red wine and vinegar, some white wine, and some heavy cream. Then we're going to bring the pork back in and let that sauce thicken and reduce. With that we're going to be taking some vegetables. We're going to be taking some zucchini, mushrooms, and yellow bell pepper and we're going to be sautéing that with some onions and garlic and when they're just about done, we're going to be adding some balsamic vinegar and we're going to reduce that as well. And for our rice dish, we're going to do a middle eastern style rice pilaf, so we're going to cook our rice in butter and oil, we're going to toast it, make a vegetable stock, and put that in, reduce it and then we're going to sauté up an onion and we're going to add a little bit of garlic, we're going to add some apricot preserves, some raisins, some cashews, some cinnamon, and some tumeric."
