"So we've got our potatoes in the oven, our vegetable base from stock is coming to a boil, our chicken is almost ready to be flipped over. So while we're waiting for that, we're going to take a tomato and cut off the top. So once we remove that core, we're going to cut in a triangle right around it and get rid of the core but this part of the tomato is still good. And chop these into small pieces. Add here to our bowl, and then we'll cut our tomato in half, holding firmly on each side, go right down and cut this into cubes trying to get as much of this juice in the bowl as we can. And once we make sure that they're all separated, then we'll take our steamed vegetables and we'll add that to our bowl as well."
