"Right now we're going to take our cut mushrooms and we'll add those. And now we're going to take our broccoli and add them, florets side down so that they can soak up the flavor of the sherry. While we're waiting for our broccoli to get soft, we'll come back to our basil chicken and we'll give this a stir so that the celery and the onions in here get a chance to soak up some of that flavor. And as the juice is about to evaporate from our vegetables, we're going to add two tablespoons of soy sauce. We are going to add a teaspoon of ginger, ground ginger over the top. And we're going to reduce our heat to about four. And then we're going to stir it to incorporate. And this should be extremely fragrant right now."
