"Alright our onions and celery are done boiling so they're nice and soft so we will just scoop these out and then we will let them sit right here for just a little bit and we'll come back to our vegetables. We have got some celery and broccoli so we'll cut off both ends and we'll just follow our celery all the way down the stock. We are going to use some broccoli but we obviously don't need this much broccoli so we will trim off a few of the florets and now what I'm going to do is I'm going to continue to cut to get rid of any leaves that may fall off and then we are going to want to cut them into small florets of this size and then we'll just discard the ends."
