"Alright, let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need to use today for this dish. We're going to be taking a chicken breast and, like I said before, we're going to cover it with salt and pepper and then we're going to cut it into chunks and then we're going to sauté it. And then when we're done, or when the chicken is about halfway done, we're going to reserve this plate, we're going to take it back out and we're going to be adding some tomato juice as well as some ground ginger, some soy sauce, some tomato juice, some garlic and basil. And then, we're just going to let that simmer and cook very slowly. For our rice, and we're going to be toasting our rice with just a little bit of cumin seed, and we're also going to be adding some ground ginger and some ground cinnamon. And then, we'll be adding a vegetable stock to that. We'll bring it up to a boil, reduce it and then we'll add salt and pepper. And for our vegetables, we are going to be boiling some celery and a little bit of red pepper. And then, we're going to sauté some mushrooms and some broccoli and a little bit of sherry to that. Again, with some soy sauce and a little bit of ginger until it's thick. We'll also need just a teeny bit of sugar for our rice and we'll need some oil."
