"Once we have added our red onion and basil we continue to stir just having solid items in here will also help. Combine this together scrap the top make sure that the onion and basil stuck in one corner and once that is mixed together we put that aside and we cut just a little bit of a tomato. Cut them into slices like that put those aside. Now, I am going to prepare the garnish for our potatoes so they are oregano potato cakes and whenever I add a seasoning to something I like to cut up a little more to sprinkle over the top so that when you present the plate it is very clear what the seasoning is. And also this oregano is going to be sprinkled over our cherry cream chicken just a little bit of it. It will give it a little bit more flavor and once we have minced this last bit up then you are ready to go ahead and plate."
