"Alright, let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need to make this dish. We're going to be taking a chicken breast. I have a thin piece of chicken here, and there's really not that much fat on it. We're going to salt and pepper this, and then we're going to put it in our pan, and we're going to cook it in a little bit of garlic, and then we're going to finish it with some sherry and some cream, and also some Parmesan. Parmesan is going to act as a thickening agent, but in addition to that, we're also going to be cutting up some other vegetables and making a brew, which is flour and oil, and adding that, and that will make the sauce a little bit thicker. We're going to be using a vegetable stock, and again, that's going to be going with our chicken, so if you have chicken stock instead, that's fine, or chicken cubes. We're going to be using some Dijon, and that's going to be going in a vinaigrette, and these are the green beans. We're going to take each of these, and pick off both of these ends, and then boil them, then we'll make our vinaigrette, and dump that over the top. We're going to be using two fresh herbs today. We're going to be using oregano, as well as basil. Our tomato is going to go with our vinaigrette We're going to have some mushrooms, celery, and a carrot. We're also going to be using some butter and some heavy cream, some sherry wine, just a little bit of cumin, some Parmesan cheese, a little bit of white onion, a potato, a bay leaf, some flour, some garlic, and some oil."
