"This pose is just for massaging the spine and helping you to loosen it up. Just hold in a position while you are hugging your knees and all you are going to do is roll in a circle counter clockwise and knees are going to the left coming in and to the right. Try to keep the lower back on the floor the entire time twirling around in a motion full circle all the way around and then reversing direction and taking it clockwise. The knees go right towards you to the left and to the front, just rolling it around a few times, keeping the shoulders and the back on the floor the entire time. Then, if you like you can place your hands under your knees and just gently roll up really small just massaging the spine coming up and down, let's do one more, all the way up and all the way down and then just giving the knees a big hug, pulling the head all the way up to the knees and then just releasing all the way down and that's your spinal massage."
