"Staying lying, in corpse pose, on your back, now that you're nice and relaxed from head to toe, just keeping your eyes closed. I want you to imagine yourself lying in a bathtub, with a really shallow amount of water, in the bathtub, just a centimeter or two, of water with the next few breaths. So, you inhale in. I want you to exhale with your breath and with your carbon dioxide, through every pore in your body, any negativity, that you're still feeling. Any anxiety or fears or doubts, resentment, bitterness, anger, any of those things. A few more deep breaths in and exhale, releasing it out through your breath, through your pores. One more time. Deep breath in and exhale releasing it out. Then, either physically, with your hand or just mentally, I want you to pull the drain, on that bathtub and just let all the negativity, that you released into the water, just whirlpool and swirl, down the drain and just let it go all the way. Another deep breath in and exhale and release."
