"This standing Pilates exercise is Plie squat relevae combination. So, what I want you to do is grab some really great music. Think dancer. Think tall, abdominals in. And this is what it is going to look like. You are going to plie down, bring your legs together, relevae and down. Plie squat, squeeze together, relevae and down. Squat, squeeze, lift and lower. Now as your are dragging that trail leg in, think about squeezing your inner thighs, tall and down. Squat, squeeze, lift and down. This is another great warm up exercise because it gets the heart rate elevated, gets those legs moving and always think about your core. Navel to spine. And that is your plie squat relevae combination."
