Video Transcript

"This upper body tubing exercise is called the chest press. Take your tubing which should be about light to medium resistance. Grab the handles with each hand. Then you want to flip over your hand and grab a little bit of the tubing to create the resistance. Then take the tubing up and over, place the tubing underneath your armpits. Depending on how you feel comfortable, you can place your feet hip width apart or one foot in front of the other. Bring your elbows up and then you're going to pump forward and cross over. Come back at a nice stretch through the chest area and then cross one arm over the other alternating that crisscross. Now focus on pulling those abdominal muscles in. You never forget about those abs. And focus on the breathing as well. Exhale as you come out, inhale as you come back. Now to make this a little bit more fun, a little bit more challenging, crisscross right here and really squeeze right in those pecs, right there. And feel a really good burn. And then you go back to your singles. So that is your chest press using the tubing."
