"Hey, I'm Mark Sullivan, and today we're going to show you how to replace a porcelain receptacle. This is a light fixture, you can do this yourself. What the problem with this one is it has broken. It's supposed to go "click, click", so what we're going to do is first we're going to turn off the power to this. So you go to your breaker panel and turn off the breaker which controls this outlet. In this one we can test it by plugging in something into this receptacle and seeing if we have the proper breaker turned off. So that's what we're going to do. The first step in replacing any light fixture, is to ensure that you have the power turned off to this piece that you're going to be working on. So you go to your breaker panel and you turn off the breaker which controls the fixture. "
