"Now that Christine has been sitting here for the last twenty minutes, listening to music, and we've had a long discussion on partially more consultation time on what kind of brows that she would like. She would like a nice soft, Chestnutty looking, powdered type brow, because that's what she does with makeup. I'm going to wipe off this numbing agent and then we're going to show her, I always, in front of the client, I like to break the seal on my sterile needle because I only work with sterile tools. I want her to have the comfort level that she is not going to get any kind of disorder or illness from my business. I run a very safe and clean operation. Basically, now that I've cleaned this way and we know what kind of brows we want. I broke the seal, now she knows this equipment is clean. I wear my gloves and do everything I need to to ensure that she's not going to get an infection. I'm going to set up for the work to be done."
