"This arm pin being demonstrated here is Nikyo Osae. If not practice with care, it could lead to serious injury. A different version of the arm pin Nikyo Osae is demonstrate here. To neutralize an aggressor without injury, Albright Sensei here will demonstrate an unbalancing throw called Sumiotosh. Aikido is a one hundred percent defensive Martial Arts. The so-called attacks taught in Aikido are merely for purposes of learning to defend against those kinds of attacks, rather than for the purpose of injuring an opponent."
