"This next technique is going to be Tenbinnage. Tenbinnage is legal scales. So, you'll find one going up, one going down. And, essentially we're going to try to keep his wrist down, his elbow up, and keep him off balance with that. While we're doing that, we're also going to grab the sword and try to take it away as we throw him. Okay? So, just nice and slow. Konichi Was. Okay. Daniel's coming in. Again, the Shomen attack, straight over head. Cut. Once I get in here, I'm going to cut this down, grab the sword, keep this here. I like to keep the wrist in front of my belt, and raise this a little bit. Then, I can slide and draw the sword back. So, again. Enter as if you're doing Iriminnage, we're going to get this through, right in here. Try to get this in front of you. Don't let him have it. Keep it in front of you. This goes down, this goes up, and slide. Okay?"
