"So first this is Kumitachi or paired sword exercise and it's fairly simple. So you guys have done it before, we'll just go through nice and easy, okay. So we'll start now in Seigan, both the tips of the swords are going towards each other's throat. I'm trying to enter in and do his sword off one, so I can go for a straight on. Shomen attack, but Daniel, he's a too aware so as I flick, he's going to do the sword around, do a Yoko men, trying to cut me here. I'm going to step back and just kind of chop down. Okay, that kind of stops that. He's going to swing around the other way, I step back, again straight chop. This time, not going for the sword, going towards Daniel's. So we're going to cut down enter and ski. Okay. So nice and easy, deflect, step back and chop, chop and ski. You can add a kiai or a little bit of a energetic vocalization. Simply enter, chop, "hi". So as you enter for the ski, you may make a little bit more sound come out here. Nice and easy. "Hi". Okay. Nice and easy."
