Video Transcript

"I'm going to be demonstrating some techniques from muusodikoiden asianrue, it's in yada form that's about 450 years old. The techniques that they have are very, very traditional, and demonstrated techniques that would be before maji, before weapons, such as firearms where- even flintlocks were introduced to Japan. Once I'm done demonstrating the basic techniques from asianrue, then we'll move into some Aikido weapons, and show the connections between sword work, and empty handed techniques."
