It's very important to maintain the right amount of humidity in your home. People that experience eczema have to make sure that three's enough moisture in the air that their skin isn't dry or cracking. You know how in the winter time especially here in Michigan, your skin can tend; tends to get very dry going in from the heated air to the cold air, back to the heated air. Someone who has eczema's extremely sensitive to this. I believe it's recommended about a 40% humidity level should be maintained in your home at all times. Anything higher than that can actually called, be-use mold spores to start developing in the air. Some people use a humidifier that is kept into the room, that's kept into the room. I recommend using ultrasonic humidifier. The regular humidifiers out there, the droplets of air that are emitted can cause people with asthma to have breathing problems. The moist air that's circulating around can develop mold spores unless the air particles or I'm sorry, the water particles are broken down enough to be inhaled without having a problem.
