"And now we'll get into the minutia of the Denon CD player. Alright, so here's some details about the Denon CD player. We're going to play. And now, watch what happens in here. There's a few buttons you need to know about to really run this thing. Play mode, watch what happens when I hit the button, Play Mode. OK. See it toggles back and forth between continuous and single. Continuous - single. And when it's continuous it's got this one, two, three tracks up. Now there's three tracks on this CD, so that's why it's showing you three tracks. In Continuous Mode it will play, we're on track one now, it will play all the way through this CD without stopping. It'll play the first, second and third track on this CD. Mostly, when you're broadcasting, you don't want to play a whole CD. You want to play one. So you hit it again. And there it is Single. It will just play this one track. So that's what you need to know about Play Mode. The other function you need to know about is Time. So here it says elapsed. And you can see the numbers are going up, forty seven, forty eight, forty nine. Hit it and now it says remain. So see, toggle back and forth between elapsed, remain, elapsed, remain. When it's on remain the numbers going down. Mostly as a DJ that's what you want to know about. When your song's going to end. So this one we can see we're on track one, we have four minutes and two seconds, one second, zero seconds left in this track. So, again, Time elapsed, remain. Another strange function of the Denon CD player that you don't really need to know about, but which is sort of fun is the pitch function. You hit this button a couple of times and now listen to this, folks at home. When the light is flashing you can change the pitch on the song using this slider. Now why you would want to do that, I'm not entirely sure. So mostly you just want to have it look like this where you can't change the pitch. And those are the obscure features you need to know about the Denon CD player."
