Summary: Massage the sole of the foot with firm pressure to avoid tickling. Learn how to massage foot soles with tips from an aethetician in this free beauty guide video.
"The next part of the foot that we're going to rub, is the bottom of the right hand foot. What we're going to do, is just with our thumbs make small circles, starting at the very bottom, and working our way up. Afterwards, we're actually going to take our thumbs, and just make stroking motions, all the way up the foot. When you're done with that part, there are some other things that you can do. Make sure you get underneath the toes real well. Go side to side under those if you need to, and this part is the most ticklish part of the foot, on almost every one. After you're done with that, to get into the arch real well, you can take your knuckles, and just kind of go in an up and down motion. When you're done doing that, just kind of grab the foot on the top and the bottom, and just kind of slightly tug and pull at the same time. You want to pick up the foot, and just pull it up just a little, and that is how you massage the bottom of the right hand foot."
