"The first thing you want to do in applying the lotion, is just put a dollop of lotion in the size of your, in the side palm of your hand, excuse me, about the size of a nickel. If the person has extra dry skin, you can always add a drop or two of cuticle oil, just as an added moisturizer. You're going to start at the wrist of the right arm, and you're going to rub the lotion on, and then you're going to start at the wrist, making small circles, going all the way up to the elbow. Do three rotations on the right side of her arm. We're going to do three rotations on the left side. Again, small circles all the way up. Then, we're going to do three rotations, going up with both. The reason you're doing this, is to kind of break the muscles up, and just stretch them out.Give them a nice, good stretch. Just want to make sure that the lotion is rubbed in. If you need to, go back over it a little more. You're just trying to get the client to relax, and again, break those muscles up. Get them nice and relaxed, and get the arm smooth, and that is how you rub the right forearm."
