"Next, we're going to talk about your drinks. And, how many cups you need and what kind and what kind of drinks you'll be needing too. So, if you're serving punch you're going to want to figure about ten people to the gallon. And, that will give you pretty good mileage. And, that's a pretty conservative estimate. But, it assumes that your guests will drink about three to four ounce servings during a party. And, if you're serving cocktails figure your guests will consume about two drinks per person for the first two hours and then one drink per person for every hour after that. And, so that's how a way you can plan for how many drinks and how many cups that you'll need. And, remember the first rule that we talked about is if three people have confirmed that they're coming you're going to want to actually plan for six if you don't have any way for your friends to R.S.V.P and you've told them to bring their extra friends too. So, in other words you're going to need a lot of drinks and cups no matter what you serve. Because, you're going to want to be prepared. And, you can use any type of cups. But, the fancier you get the more fun your guests will have at your party. Or, you can just grab some paper cups and write peoples names on it and it keep it really casual and then you won't have to go through so many cups. They'll just be using the same one."
