"Alright. I'm done with my workout, and my arms are tired, and I'm sweating, and I've got to get back in my everyday chair. Well, one of the first things you learn in rehabilitation if you're injured, is how to transfer. And, you've got to be able to transfer, because that's how you get into bed, or in your car, or whatever. But I'm going to just transfer from my basketball chair to my everyday chair. And I'll make this look semi easy, but this is a technique that took a lot of practice and a little bit of strength, and I fell on my head a handful of times, but. Anyway, for whatever it's worth, this is, and you might even fall out of your chair during a game, and sometimes have to transfer. But, you just kind of put your one arm here, you get your legs, of course, out of your chair, and you put your other arm out where you're going to go, and these chairs don't have brakes. Some people's wheelchairs have breaks. I don't really need them or like them, but. You kind of have to transfer with your hips like that. And of course, put your, get in your chair. Put on your straps on, and then you're ready to go."
