"In this clip we're going to talk about actually doing your 360 flip over a hip; this or wedge, if you want to call it a wedge that's fine too but when working a lot of; it's; when you pop a 360 flip off this it's a lot more variables involved like speed, you want to get enough speed; actually get it over the center line right here, I guess that's the marker for going over the other side but yes just the more speed you get to get over that the better but at the same time you want to be at a comfortable speed in order to make it over there and still be comfortable to land the trick because if you're going to fast it could spin out and you'd have; you'd have no control over the trick but if you go to slow you won't actually you might, you might not make it over this line if you; if you get that check then that check real quick is pretty much this is what that is. You land the trick over here but that check you're not fully on the hip; you're just like you checked it real quick but you still landed it. So basically those are a lot of variables that involve standing over a hip. So a comfortable speed is pretty much what you want to approach this object so I'm going to go do that now. It's kind of the speed you want; I was pretty level, I mean I got over; my board landed about here, I mean we didn't deck check or anything; we weren't going to slow but we we're, that's a moderate speed."
