"Okay, so in this clip, we're going to talk a little bit about balance and how you want to be standing on your board in order to prepare yourself to do a 360 flip. So you don't want to be leaning too far over your board and you don't want to be leaning too back. You just want to kind of be over it. I want to say parallel, but just level with your board. If you're leaning too up, then your foot placement is going to be off. So you just want to be center, and have your feet set up, kind of like that, which is all about being over your board at all times. If you are too back, then you're not going to be able to see your board and so you're not going to know where it's going to go. And if you are doing it too front, you can technically be in front, but you're going to have your foot placement off and it's going to mess it all up. So you just want to be center with your board and keep it on your bolts."
