"Alright, so in this clip, pretty much what we're going to do is actually start popping the board and making it rotate in order for you to land on your 360 flip. So just keep rolling moderate speed; I didn't land that one but yes you pretty much want to just roll at a comfortable speed, enough for yourself to comprehend and not, not to rush anything because I mean this is, this is a learning process. But a moderate speed; that one was kind of sketchy but you kind of get the idea, you just want to roll at a comfortable speed; make sure everything's comfortable with you. Well it's kind of like a scissor kick; I mean you use scissors all the time, basically what you're doing is scissors to close; open and then bring it back just like it's a real quick little flick and then you catch it and bring it back. Foot's in pocket; front foot's here and you kick that up, bring it out like that and then as soon as you see your grip tape you catch it again and bring it back."
