"Hey guys, it's me again. And this time we're going to go over the second look. And I'm not talking about the second look around the store or going out to another retailer for the second look. I'm talking about what, me, or what I as a retailer and he as a consumer can do to try to increase and compromise the workability of the deal, to make sure that both parties are being honest. Because no one's perfect and they could've just looked at a price and it could have been like a little bit higher than what it's supposed to be. But that's why you as a consumer and I as a retailer's responsibility to have that second look. So both parties can have the best deal possible. And here we go. Larry: Hey Chance, we're in the middle of that deal and got your car worked on. We got all those parts. You know those parts that I had to go track down. I ordered in. And got them in, so. You know, I think you looked over the invoice and everything is going kosher right? Chance: Yeah, well I had a couple other questions actually. Because I started doing a little more research. And I found that I can get some of those parts a little bit cheaper elsewhere. Larry: OK, well, hey, that's fine. Let me go ahead and look through my work order and my catalog. And I'll see if I could do you a little better. Chance: Alright, that would be nice. Larry: You know, you deserve that second look, so. Let me go through here and, well, see this price right here? OK how about this, we'll meet you at mat a little bit below a little bit above retail. Chance: OK Larry: It's not as cheap as the price that I think you showed me on paper. Chance: Yeah Larry: But, is this alright for a compromise. Chance: Yeah it's worth it for me. You've got to make your money, I've got to save mine, so. Larry: I mean we're already here, we've already ordered in. Sure, Well I appreciate it man. So, sounds good. Let's get down to business. Chance: Alright, Thank you very much. And that's how you do the second look. The compromise between both parties."
