"What's going on guys. It's me again and this time we're going to go over no pressure and the free look around. And maybe making another decision. Or second guessing the decision. You as a consumer must always remember that you have the power of the sales. No one's making you buy anything. So matter how hard the sales person tries, you have the power, because he is trying to serve you and you have the money. So always keep that in mind. It doesn't mean that you can't use some candid honest courtesy towards the salesperson. We are human beings too, we're not used car salesmen by any chance. But in any regards, here's the situation. Larry: How's it going man? Long time no see. Customer: Hey, how are you doing? Larry: Have you made up in your mind on those speakers? You know we've been working on it for a while. Customer: I think I've got a pretty good idea there's a few more things, I just kind of want to look at a little bit and make sure that I'm doing the right thing, you know. Larry: Sure, Sure. Well you know, take a look around. And then, you want me to get that paper work started up for you on that set of components you picked out. Customer: Yeah, so I can see some numbers. That would nice. Larry: Sure, Sure, OK. This is what we're looking at Mr. Beckman. Are you ready to go. Customer: Let me call my wife and make sure. And let me get right back to you and I'll have a definite number. Larry: I understand, I understand. You know I have a boss at home too, so. I wouldn't want to get put on the couch either. Customer: Yeah, exactly, alright Larry: Well I'll see you a little later. Customer: Thank you very much sir. Larry: Hey no problem. And now we're going to go over three weeks later. Larry: Hey how's it going man? Customer: Good, how are you doing? Nice to see you. Larry: Enjoying the weather? Customer: I'm loving the weather. Larry: Hey how did that soccer game go with your boys? Customer: Everything was great. They won, played great, so. I'm ready to get that stuff now. Larry: OK, well I'll just go ahead and write up right on up. Customer: OK Larry: Thanks for remembering me, man, I really appreciate it. I think you're really going to enjoy the speakers you put in your car. Customer: Awesome. It's a big decision to make so, you know, I can't do it twice, so. Larry: Well, it's a little bit of money, I understand, it's a little bit of money. So, we'll get on it. Yeah, just let me get you geared up. And that's how it's done."
