"Hey guys, it's me again, Larry. Have you ever heard of a conscientious objector during a war? They always tell you no matter what's going on, on either side. What's fair, what's not fair, and what's humane. Now coming into a twelve volt retail store could be sometimes like a person with a gambling problem. And there are sales people or sales consultants that do have hearts. But this where the part of candid honesty comes into play. Where we as the retailer have the responsibility not only as a human being, but as a business person, to keep that customer a renewable resource. And how we do that is by not allowing ourselves to always cash in on the buck, but to actually be a human being. So, in this next clip we'll go over a situation that I sometimes run into as a retailer to a customer. Larry: How's it going? Customer: Sir Larry: Welcome to Cartunz, may I help you? Customer: Good, I'm just looking for some stuff for my car a little subtleness. I need a new head unit. But I've had some bad luck, I've got some tickets to pay off, you know, I've got a kid. So, I not up for anything too expensive, but I don't really know what I can afford right now. Larry: Well let's go over some totals real quick and we'll see. So, you said you needed speakers, sub and amp, too. I think I heard you say that. Well, if you're on a budget, we can get you into this Pioneer amplifier. You know, I'll do my best for you. Like maybe cut out a little tax or something, eat up the tax for you. Get you into that amplifier for two hundred bucks. And we can get you into a preloaded enclosure with two woofers for about two hundred dollars. Do you want to check your finances and see if you can cover that or not. Customer: Just the numbers alone. I'm already telling you, my wife is going to hate me, because my kids aren't eating for a week. But it's just something I feel like I need, you know. Larry: Well, do you really need it that bad. Customer: I feel like it. Larry: Well, maybe you should take care of your priorities first, you know. We're going to be here. The equipment's going to be here. But, you know, those are you kids that is your family. I'm probably going to tell you, that I probably don't really want to sell you anything. I don't feel comfortable. But, you know, you know what's right, man. You have to take care of your family. Customer: Alright, well I appreciate your honesty. Appreciate it, Thank you. Larry: We'll be here next time Bud."
