"Standing hamstring is an option to being prone on all fours. If you have a chair, you can put it in front of you here for support. And we want to lock that weight in behind the knee, bending the supporting leg, activate that center of gravity shooting that energy right up the top of the head and we're going to contract and release bringing the knees and the hips side by side parallel. Working here where the glut and the hamstring meet. There's really no sense in going any further than peak contraction because you're just going to involve low back, our goal is to work hamstrings here, contract and release, of course breathing exhale on contraction and release. Find a weight, start out three to five pounds, work your way up. Ten to fifteen reps, three sets."
