"As I said in the beginning, this dance is always perform from men and women, very often in duets. So the men movement differs a little bit from the women movement and it's more grounded, there is more power and they have one specific movement of really going down, up, one, two, three. So I'm going to show this. One, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three. It's very athletic, so you have to really bend all way down and on the all the way up, we extend the leg forward. One, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three. And while the man is doing this, the woman goes around in circles. If the man is in the center, the woman plays around and enjoys the male power. One, two, three; one, two, three."
