"In this clip I will show you so called the Bird Step. Again, the measure is in, and the counting is in three. So we have two jumps and fold. One, two, three. Jump, jump, fold. One, two, three. One, two, three. You can see that at some point we look like birds standing on one leg. And this could be perform forward, one, two, three; or sideways, three, three; one, two, three or turning, one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three. In this movement the arms should move and bounce over the waistline and have a little ease into holding the waistline. So it happens like this. One, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three. Then we could be different, one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three, one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three."
