Today, we will talk about Bulgarian folk dancing. As you can see from my costume, Bulgarian ethnic culture is very rich in tapestry. And, the Bulgarian folk dancing is very interesting, intricate, and difficult. But, when somebody get involved in it, it's hard to really stop doing it. I will talk a little bit about the necklace I'm wearing, it's very necessary and it's part of the costume. And, when the dancer performs, this necklace makes additional noise and rhythm, which most of the time compares with the basic rhythm of the dance. So, you will hear it later on. My costume is from Sofika, which is the capital of Bulgaria. And you can see the special shoes we use. They're made from leather. The handmade socks, the white dress, the black top of it with the rich golden decoration with a special belt and a scarf, which is folded in a special way. Usually the decoration is with fresh flowers. And, each zone in the country has a different design and different colors, depends on the climate and depends on the occasion. Bulgarian folk is rich in their costumes, it's rich in their music, it's rich in movement, in songs, in storytelling, and this makes the arts unique and valuable.
