"In this clip I'm going to show you one of my favorite ways to warm up for Belly Dance. Let's bring our arms up over our head. Stand nice and tall. Inhale, reach up through, one side, exhale center, inhale reach up, exhale center. Inhale reach long, exhale center, inhale, exhale center. You should feel a nice stretch on the sides of the waist. To intensify this stretch, we can bend one knee, bend the same knee as the arm that you're reaching up over your head. Inhale reach, exhale center. Inhale reach, exhale center. Pressing the heels into the floor, and lengthening the sides of the body. And a little bit faster. One, two. One, two. One, two. And double pulls. One, two. And, one, two. Stretch, stretch. Reach, reach. Reach, reach. And come to center."
