"So next in the silk reeling routine is a silk reeling, forward silk reeling using the elbows. It's the same as the forward silk reeling except we're going to keep our fingers in a claw or five pointed star, all fingers touching and that's going to remain right beneath the clavicle. So it's the same motion as forward silk reeling, except this movement will help the practitioner to open up the shoulder and to rotate the elbow. So the same principles of putting energy into the pinkie as coming underneath and the thumb when coming over. And this can be done in reverse as well so."
