"Now I'm going to show you some poses that you can use with your stroller, so that when you are walking and you've gotten your heart rate up, then you can also do some firming and toning and muscle building because having a baby is a lot of work on your body. The first one that I want to show you are lunges and so what you do is that you hold the stroller like this and you take about ten to fifteen steps with your knee not quite hitting the ground. This works your quads. To make it more difficult, you could just hold with one hand and when you do this, you want to make sure that your knee does not extend past your front foot. If you're a tall person then you would take longer steps, but if you were about 5'3" to 5'5" just take smaller steps, it's not a long lunge you don't want to hurt yourself, you want it to feel comfortable. It also will work your stomach after a while."
