"In this next clip I'm going to do push ups with the baby. And I think that when you think about the word push ups, you think about junior high and physical fitness tests and you have to do it the right way like the military. That's really not true. What's important as a woman is to have correct form on your knees so that you're working your arms and keeping your core and your back straight and solid. And so, you can have your baby lay down on the blanket and you simply lay over them in a comfortable position but on your knees. And when you come down you can give them a kiss or a tickle and again you're doing three sets of ten. And keeping your legs crossed, this helps you think about keeping your knees together and your bottom down."
