"In this clip, we are doing leg lunges again, but entertaining the baby; if they're little between two months and a year then they would be facing you, but because she's so long, I have her legs out that way now and what I'm doing is I am positioning myself like a table so that my knees are at equal distance like my hands and I'm taking my left leg and I am squeezing it to the sky. Liz to daughter: Can you lay down? O.k. you just want to watch. But if you did have your baby here, then you can sing them a song, you can talk to them about what you are doing, you can listen to the sounds of the park and to make this easier, you would just go out and to make it more difficult, you would do it fast and working out with kids is better than not working out at all.
