"In this clip I am going to do leg squats using the handle bar. This works your core which is very important for all the carrying you do of your baby and also your quads and hamstrings. For beginners, you want to hold the handlebar with your feet shoulder width apart. And what you want to do is bend down like you're going to sit on a chair and then come back up. You want to do this for about ten times. Three sets of ten would be ideal. If you're more experienced you hold just with one hand keeping the balance or no hands. You want to make sure that you don't go too far down and fall. And you also want to make sure that you're going far enough down where you're getting a good work out. So this is incorrect.. and this is incorrect. Just think about sitting and coming back up."
