"Okay, now we're going to do some abdominals stretch okay. Think about all the times keeping your shoulders down. Keeping your hands a little bit in front of yourself and move your body all the way down breathe and relax and you're going to go all the way up. Keeping your hips from the floor don't bring your hips out of the floor. Keep it all the way down. Keep it there. Stretch in a long. Bring your head back and let it stay there and one more time, all the way down yeah. Now, keep your head a little bit more closer and from there you're going to push all the way high alright, good. Breathe and relax. Bring your head back. You're doing like four, five times repetition, yeah. From there, you're going to move to the second part of the exercise. I'm going to bring down my body a little bit up, yes. I'm going to stretch it. Now, moving forward my body, it's going to stretch a little bit more, yeah. Bring it all the way up and all the way down, I'm going to stretch it and I'm going to keep a little bit more, more, relax, yes. Bring it all the way down, yeah. I'm going to try hold my legs, yes and from there bring it all the way as high as you can. Stretch it up. One more time, bring it all the way up and down and that's how you can stretch a little bit your stomach, yeah. Bring it all the way to the center. After that, you're going to relax. You have to relax a little bit after you stretch your stomach. It goes a little bit to your low back so try to stretch it when you done so you can move on to the next exercise okay."
