"Ok so covering a foot injury and any type of laceration or foot wound is really important. Obviously your feet is what mobilize you, they get you around, while you're in the woods, you know, they're essential to getting you back to medical care if you need it. So one of the easiest ways to go ahead and cover your foot, again triangle bandage, you go right under the bottom of the foot, you come up and over, you're going to fold the tip back and try not to get any leaves and stuff in it or whatever other debris is around. You can go right behind the ankle and then right back out in the front. You want to make sure you've got it tucked as tight as possible, and then you can go right around the front of the foot again. So keeping the food clean, keeping bacteria out of it, that's going to be really important. You've got to get them to a doctor, I mean your feet are what's touching the ground the most when you're out in the wilderness and keeping that foot and that wound covered from outside bacteria is going to be the most important thing you can do.
