"So making a plan is a really important step, in dealing with this wilderness first aid issue. One of the things that you have to do, is you have to make sure that everybody is organized and that everyone that's around, that is able to help, can actually help the team go ahead and solve the problem and go ahead and makes sure the person stays alive. So Jack, why don't you go ahead and put some pressure on that for me. Brian, I'm going to need you to ahead and go get some medical help. Go ahead and get on your cell phone, if you don't have service here, if not, get up to that road crossing and find it. Alright, well good deal. Jack, keep some pressure on that. The major thing you have to do here, is just make sure that everyone is organized, that there's a little bit of a plan, that people are on the same page and that the injured is being taken care of and that no one is in a situation, where they're going to be further injured. As long as you do this, in the end, most injuries, in the woods, are pretty easy to remedy and medical help is not as far away, as it can seem at times. The major thing is to relax, organize a plan and get everybody involved so that the problem is solved."
