'I don't have service.' 'Go find service.' So immediately then you know emergency personnel is on the way and that you've got help coming. So at that point you really got to make sure that your victim is not going into shock and that you go ahead look for any other injuries that they might have sustained during the process. 'So what I need you to do is I need you to go down here and go ahead and go help him. I need you to go and get some help, you got a cell phone?' 'Yeah.' 'OK, good deal, good deal, alright, get some help, and come on Brian, let's go.' As long as you go ahead and get emergency personnel on the way and in route, usually, a lot of times the victim ends up pretty safe. "
