"Hi, my name is Tom Higgins. Next, we have an ITE (or an in-the-ear) hearing aid. An in-the-ear hearing aid has the amplifier, microphone, and speaker all inside the case so it can be worn inside the ear. We have a microphone, a battery compartment, volume control, and the receiver or speaker fits inside the ear. This is a little more comfortable type hearing aid, and these can also be fit with telephone switches or other blue-tooth type devices."
